However, a report from the FARS news agency, which has close ties to the IRGC, later noted that the group had not made an official statement regarding the strikes. Meanwhile, Iranian media reported that a pier in the Sirik area had been hit by US forces.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio recently announced a new framework agreement involving Lebanon and Israel, following direct talks held in Washington.
